Issue: User Authentication failed error message when processing transactions in CCA

Cause: Your authentication credentials for your payment gateway may be incorrect in CCA Setup. Please re-enter the correct password for your payment gateway. You can test your password by logging onto your payment gateway's website as well


1. Go to Transactions > Credit Card Advantage > SetupID > Select SetupID and re-enter correct password

2. Click Blue arrow to expand window and Click Test Connection to verify the correct password
