Issue: Invalid Vendor ID error is returned from the Paypal PayflowPro gateway even though the password and other login information in the Credit Card Advantage Setup is correct
Cause: There may be IP address restriction in place on your PayPal PayFlowPro account
1. Log into Manager.Paypal.com
2. Go to Account Administration -> Manage Security -> Allowed ID Addresses
3. Enter the external IP of your network
4. Test the transaction again.
Note: If you cannot login to Paypal Manager, contact Paypal to have them change the setting. (May take up to an hour for setting to apply)
