SUPPORT LIFECYCLE

Nodus Support Lifecycle policy provides consistent and predictable guidelines for product support availability when a product releases and throughout that product's life. By understanding the product support available, partners and customers are better able to maximize the management of their product upgrade and enhancement plan for a successful future.

Nodus provides a variety of support plans for different products, from basic online self-support 24 hours a day, telephone or email personal support during the business hours to off-hour scheduled support.

Nodus has 2 different classes of support lifecycle. One (Class 1) is for product which works within Microsoft ERP and the other (Class 2) is for product which loosely couple with Microsoft ERP via web services or other interfaces.

Class 1: Nodus policy is to provide mainstream support for the current and the last 2 Microsoft ERP versions, assuming those ERP versions have not exceeded the Microsoft Extended Support service period. The mainstream support end date for the second last ERP version will be 6 months after the new ERP release.

Class 2: Nodus policy is to provide mainstream support for the current and the last 2 Nodus versions. The mainstream support end date for the second last Nodus version will be 6 months after the new product release. If the product has been sunset, Nodus policy is to provide mainstream support for 2 years from the day of sunset. )

  • Extended Support: Nodus provides extended support upon request. All extended support is charged time and material at a special rate, assuming the Microsoft product(s) is still within the Microsoft Extended Support Service period. Additional service premium may apply with conditions if the Microsoft product(s) has exceeded the Microsoft Extended Support Service period.
  • Our goal is to provide upgraded solutions for compatibility support across all Nodus products within ninety (90) days from Microsoft’s product release date.
